This Lake George destination is home to an excellent spa that helps boost your wellness in the Adirondacks. A top resort in upstate New York, The Sagamore has also been welcoming guests for over 100 years. This fabulous NYC hotel has a spa called Spa Nalai and is in the cultural heart of Midtown. It’s also a block from Central Park and across from Carnegie Hall. This spa is an urban retreat that’s open from 9am to 6pm on Sundays and 9am to 9pm every other day. The Park Hyatt also has a fitness center on the 25th floor that overlooks Manhattan, pool, business services, concierge, laundry, and restaurant on-site. This is a pet-friendly option that allows dogs up to 50 pounds for a $100 fee.
The Cooperhood is a Catskill Mountains destination that’s about a two-hour drive from New York City. It has a full-service spa that offers massages, facials, and private fitness classes. It also features a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, Finnish dry sauna, steam room, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms, walking trails, and tennis courts. The Gideon Putnam is a popular spa destination in New York and one that blends history with hydrotherapy. It was established in 1935 to provide natural healing treatments and has 42 original treatment rooms today for mineral baths, massages, facials, scrubs, body wraps, and salon services. There’s also a steam room and relaxation room here. The Gideon Putnam offers a complimentary self-serve breakfast bar, fitness center, restaurant with seasonal on site dining, a bar, and Wi-Fi.

For your New York spa vacation, you can also book a room at the Viana Hotel & Spa.
