In contrast to our previous listing, this apartment is a staggering 100 years old. But it has been gorgeously remodeled and restored, so many of the original attributes such as exposed brick walls remain intact. The apartment is an excellent base for exploring Salt Lake City. The walkability score is superb.

The sleek gourmet kitchen in this apartment is fully stocked, and you’ll definitely want to cook at least one meal in the beautiful space. Exposed brick walls adorn most of the space, but an overall updated feel is front and center. All of the major sites are within walking distance, but this is an absolutely incredible location for getting around via bike.
Remodeled Cozy Home
Gorgeous tile work, a spacious kitchen, and an abundance of windows allowing natural light to pour in – this definitely does not seem like the average basement apartment. More like a trendy bungalow, guests can enjoy a downright lovely stay. Head out on foot to some of the local coffee shops in the morning, and have some drinks at dinner without worrying about driving.

Just another apartment defying all concepts of basement spaces is this contemporary nook with a glistening kitchen and traditional sleeping areas. Inside feels incredibly homelike.
