Ranging from standard rooms to one- and two-bedroom villas, some also include jetted tubs, fireplaces, washer/dryers, and balconies that overlook the slopes. There’s also a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, a game room, a theater, and a convenience store.
Newpark Resort is a boutique property adjacent to the 1,200-acre Swaner Preserve. It features apartment-style suites ranging from studios to two-bedroom townhomes that start at 350 square feet of space. All have flat-screen TVs, wet bars, Keurig coffeemakers, and bathrooms with oversized soaking tubs and heated floors. The suites include full kitchens and private decks with hot tubs that overlook the nature preserve and Utah Olympic Park. On the grounds, you’ll find an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, a steam room and sauna, a fitness room, and storage for skis or bikes.
