Located in New York City, the Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met) features art from all over the world that spans more than 5,000 years. It is the largest art museum in the Americas, the most-visited museum in the U.S., and is considered to be one of the world’s must-see museums. There are two Met locations: the Met Fifth Avenue and the Met Cloisters. However, the primary location, and the one that we are referring to for the purpose of this article, is at 1000 5th Avenue and in the Upper East Side/Upper West Side region of NYC.
