We can’t get enough of these gorgeous downtown units, that have been restored within the buildings of Lake Geneva. This one happens to sit on the second story, and it’s like an apartment, while being very homey. Rich wooden floors run through the space and give it a grand feel, despite it only having one bedroom and one bathroom. We love additional details like the interior wooden French doors. Enjoy all of the conveniences, including the ability to cook within your own kitchen. But you definitely don’t want to miss out on walking directly out of the building door, to incredible shopping, nightlife, and delicious restaurants.
Geneva Beach House "Geneva" Suite, Walk to Lake
Can’t decide between staying close to the lake, or staying close to downtown? Well this particular rental suite is about a mile from downtown, and just a few blocks from the lake! So much of your time getting around will be done on foot, which is good for you and a great way to see things up close! Other things that are nearby are the Riviera, and the famous pathway that goes by Lake Geneva. Paddleboard and kayak shops are near, so you can get out onto the water and explore that way too! The suite is one of three that are within this baby blue colored building, and it has a nautical theme, and an overall elegant vibe.

While the interior of this home feels quite traditional, in a really good way, there is an abundance of extras that truly make it a vacation rental. The location is a little bit over a block away from Lake Como, and just a few minute’s drive from breathtaking Lake Geneva. So maybe one spot is crowded on a certain day? There is something so incredibly stunning about exposed brick. Of course, there is plenty of downtown Chicago memorabilia, and an overall modern feel. Guests will be amongst downtown, and all of those exciting offerings.

BoHo design is so fun, but also quite elegant and chic at the same time. It often incorporates bright colors, but it’s balanced out with neutral earthy materials. The combination is absolutely harmonious, in an ideal environment for relaxing on a vacation. We particularly think the kitchen is gorgeous, with white countertops, diamond design backsplash, and a gold sink faucet. This location is an upstairs unit, that is completely private. Another privacy aspect, is that it is on a quiet neighborhood street, but it’s still conveniently located. In just a three block walk, you’ll be at the shores of Lake Geneva.
Gorgeous Downtown Bungalow
Charm emanates from this adorable bungalow, the moment you walk up to it. The host has done the most incredible job on the outside, which truly does indicate the beauty that lies within. But when you enter, there is an elegance that is presented, from the wooden staircase that leads upstairs, to the long, dark, contemporary wood table with white chairs for preparing a memorable meal together. The living room has a remarkable light fixture/chandelier, and the comfortable couches, and excellently coordinated chairs just enhance the overall inviting feel. This is a rental for the entire family, as it can sleep up to 12 guests and all of its plush and comfortable rooms.
