Calling all Bourbon lovers, Disney Springs has introduced an exciting new Bourbon Trail where visitors ages 21 and older can indulge in unique beverages and food pairings. This bourbon-inspired experience will take you through many of the restaurants throughout the entertainment district, pairing delectable dishes with a variety of enticing craft cocktails. These offerings are only available until June 17, so grab a few friends and experience it before it’s gone.

If you want to drink your way through the park’s Bourbon Trail and get a taste of the new menu items, follow the park’s special map and choose what stops appeal to you first. There’s also a Bourbon Trail passport available from the Disney Springs Welcome Center so you can keep track of your adventures.
Some of the highlights include the Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant serving The Gold Cup, which features Bulleit Bourbon, Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, muddled mint, lime and cucumber, which is paired with the Dub Schpuds with herb roasted potato wedges with a cheese dip.
Visit The Boathouse for Orlando Pride, which is Old Forester Bourbon and homemade blackberry citrus puree paired with hoisin chili marinated calamari, then try the Peach Tree Downs cocktail with peach mint julep and Knob Creek Bourbon with DB Clothesline Candied Bacon. Looking for something strong? Try The Trifecta at Splitsville Dining Room, which includes Old Forester 100, Carpano Antica Vermouth, Benedictine and Pimento Dram.
Meat lovers won’t want to miss the St. Louis-style ribs at Planet Hollywood Observatory or the smoked brisket at House of Blues Restaurant & Bar, while Paradiso 37, Taste of the Americas features Argentinian Skirt Steak with a Kentucky Sunrise, which features Jim Beam Bourbon, orange juice and grenadine. If you’re craving a classic, you can’t go wrong with the Southern Burger at D-Luxe Burger with their Smoked Bourbon Gelato Shake or the 10-ounce pork chop at Paddlefish paired with Southern Sangria.
The Old Fashioned Elder with Michter’s Bourbon and St. Germain Elderflower pairs perfectly with the Famous Thigh High Chicken Biscuits at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, while those looking to graze can get the Salumi and Formaggi Board at Enzo’s Hideaway to nibble on meats and cheese while you sip on Enzo’s Bourbon Swizzle with fresh mint sprigs and Bulleit Bourbon. Got a sweet tooth? Finish your evening with the dulche de leche Bag O’ Donuts at STK Orlando or a Strawberry Bourbon Sour Slushie with strawberry puree at YeSake.
