With its popularity and a limited number of rooms, this adults-only property should be booked well in advance.
Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa lies on sugary white sands tucked into a jungle mountain preserve with two infinity pools. It offers contemporary dining in two restaurants, the seafood-focused Blanca Blue and Bocados, an American-style steakhouse. There’s also a tranquil spa and a kids club with activities like planting trees, hiking and kayaking. All rooms and suites, which feature as many as three bedrooms and more than 4,200 square feet, come with a private terrace and hammock.
