This British Open-inspired golf course is one of the very best in the Phoenix area and is known for its elevated greens that are featured on two courses: Pinnacle and Monument. Watch out for the infamous hole 9, Hell’s Bunker!
All 72 holes on this course are manicured with the utmost care and have some of the best Sonoran Desert views in the entire city. It was cleverly designed for players of all skill levels too.
The scenic diversity on this course is absolutely stunning, with desert, mountains, and canyons all included. It’s challenging yet doable greens are accommodating to players of all levels and is constantly ranked as one of the best in the city.
When it comes to luxury courses, TPC Scottsdale’s Stadium Course is at the top of the list. Golf lovers come to play and walk on the same holes that Tiger Woods did while imagining themselves on a professional tour.
Despite being in the desert, the Raven Golf Club in Phoenix is anything but sand bunkers and rock. There are beautiful pine trees scattered over the course and give the players there the feeling of being somewhere much more north.
Teeing off at The Boulders is top-tier, but this stunning course is well worth a play at least once in a golfer’s life. There are even greens within boulder complexes that give players an extra challenge!
Talking Stick is one of the flatter courses in the Phoenix area, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t exciting. There are amazing greens built on tribal land with beautiful mountain views, and no houses on the course either!
Not only does this golf club have one of the most prestigious courses in the state, but they’re also known for their fabulous “Phil’s Grill” on-site, which was named after Phil Mickelson and is a favorite of celebrity players.
