It’s perfect for a couple, sleeping up to two guests and comes complete with rockers on the front porch for relaxing together. There’s an outdoor shower, available between March and November when temperatures are above freezing, and an outdoor fire pit with fire starts and wood supplied. You’ll have a kitchenette-style kitchen, meaning there is no oven, but it does include a two-burner stove top, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and hot water pot. One of the cutest tiny shed homes we’ve ever seen, this rental was even named the most unique Airbnb in Indiana by House Beautiful in 2022. It has the coziness of a cabin in the woods with 9-foot vintage windows that bring them in, immersing guests in nature while providing a gorgeous view to wake up to. It sleeps up to three and includes a private bath just outside the door along with a small living room, and dining/workspace. There’s a mini-fridge with a freezer and a microwave along with a coffee bar, kindly stocked with locally roasted coffee.
Peaceful Lake House, Brand New Remodel - Macy
If you’re looking for a lakeside getaway, this beautiful lake house sits along the shores of Lake Nyona, just over a 90-minute drive north of Indianapolis. Spend your days hiking and swimming, or bring your own vessel to paddle or fish. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, no jet skis, wave runners, or speed boats are allowed but kayaks, canoes, and fishing boats are ideal.
