Las Vegas is known for its opulence when it comes to amazing hotel options, but a new concept by Resorts World Las Vegas and Hilton will bring three luxury resort brands together to create a 3,500-room mega-resort and casino slated to open in Sin City in summer 2021.
The $4.3 billion property will combine three Hilton brands — Hilton Hotels & Resorts, LXR and Conrad — to create one expansive resort-casino. Combine that with all the luxurious amenities and you get a one-stop shop on the Strip.
Partygoers can lounge poolside at the 220,000-square-foot outdoor complex featuring seven pools, including a sprawling 1,800-square-foot infinity pool with views of the Las Vegas Strip. Other amenities include a 5,000-seat theater and a world-class spa and fitness center. You’ll also find a plethora of both casual and fine-dining restaurants to please your palate.
For those who’d rather roll the dice than sip cocktails poolside, there are games galore at this property. A 110,000-square-foot casino will offer slots, table games, poker rooms, high-limit gaming areas and private gaming salons. You can also place your bets at the 14,000-square-foot Entertainment Zone, which includes a race and sportsbook, as well as live entertainment.
Construction has kicked off and the finished multi-brand resort should evoke the essence of the former Las Vegas Hilton, once the largest hotel in the world. This partnership will be the largest multi-brand deal in Hilton’s history and is sure to bring a new level of hotel experience to Sin City.
