The Grand Residences by Marriott offer a home away from home just steps from Heavenly Ski Resort’s gondola. Ideal for vacationing ski families, the amenities are similar to what you’d find to a timeshare, with rooms including a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Most have gas fireplaces and balconies. It offers lots of ways to wind day after enjoying the slopes, including a heated pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room. Located in Heavenly Village Ski Resort across from Lake Tahoe, The Landing Resort and Spa offers free transportation to Heavenly Village and casinos as well as free snowboard and ski storage, so you don’t have to lug your equipment around. It also features an especially decadent spa. In between skiing or boarding, enjoy massages, body wraps, facials as well as a variety of salon services, a dry sauna and comprehensive fitness center. Northstar Lodge sits at the base of the world-renowned Northstar California ski area in Truckee, just minutes from Lake Tahoe. The ski-in/ski-out resort has its very own unique, gondola that makes it easy to get out on the slopes. Ideal for families and groups of friends traveling together, accommodations include studio, two- and three-bedroom villas, all with upscale amenities. The Ridge Tahoe Resort sits on a Sierra Nevada ridge above Lake Tahoe offering panoramic vistas in a tranquil location providing ski in/ski out access to the Stagecoach chairlift at Heavenly Ski Resort via its own Hilltrac Skier Express. Some of the spacious rooms include stone fireplaces and mountain-view balconies. Popular with families, the property also hosts an arcade room, indoor/outdoor pools and several Jacuzzis as well as a playground. There are multiple dining options for dining in or take out with plenty of family favorites along with inventive dishes on the menus. The Elevation Spa is right onsite offering a variety of services and treatment options as well.
The Tahoe Beach and Ski Club offers accommodations with a cabin retreat feel along with modern amenities, set across seven acres near Heavenly Mountain and Stateline, Nevada. Accommodations include everything from studios to two-bedroom suites and full cabins, each with their own unique set of amenities. All rooms have partial or full kitchens, and some feature multiple floors, living rooms and balconies. The property includes two hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool as well as a private beach. Guests can fuel up for a day out on the slopes with the complimentary continental breakfast and afterward, take advantage of foosball or pool tables in the game room.
Marriott’s Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe is located near Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort for convenient access to one of Tahoe’s most popular ski areas, with the Heavenly Gondola just steps from room doors providing a scenic trip to the ski runs. Modeled after a typical ski lodge, it has a cabin-like exterior and also boasts a spacious heated pool and four whirlpools open year-round to help you thaw out after a day in the snow.
