Just two hours east of Los Angeles, Joshua Tree is a quirky artists’ enclave that sits just outside the border of Joshua Tree National Park. The landscape is not only home to its namesake Joshua tree but all sorts of bizarre plants and massive boulders, rising hundreds of feet into the sky. It’s a climber’s, a hiker’s, and a stargazer’s dream.
