Among my favorite things to do when visiting the Texas Hill Country are taking a dip in the natural swimming holes, stopping by the charming wineries, and hiking in beautiful landscapes to admire the caverns, hills, lakes, and sunsets. Since there are numerous towns worth visiting in this region, it’s worth staying for a while and planning a weeklong vacation to really get a sense of what Hill Country is all about.
