Entertainment options include a 55″ LG OLED TV with DirecTV channels, Netflix, YouTube TV, PrimeVideo, and Disney+. There’s even an elliptical machine and an Xbox 360 for some friendly competition.
This charming cabin may be close to Denver (about 40 minutes), but you’ll feel as if you’re worlds away. The historic town of Idaho Springs can be reached with just a short drive if you want to enjoy shopping, dining out and other attractions, but you might want to stick around and simply enjoy the view and the quiet setting. The hot tub is a perfect place to be, perhaps with a glass of wine. There’s a sauna, cable TV with Netflix, and full kitchen with complimentary coffee, condiments, and all you need to make your own meals. Tucked between the Arkansas River and Sawatch Range, the highest in the Rockies, it’s a restored log mining cabin that dates back to the 1800s, bordering Cottonwood Creek. Accessed by a wooden bridge, you’ll enjoy historic character and modern amenities, including Wi-Fi and cable TV, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. But the very best place to be is soaking in the infinity pool-style hot spring while breathing in the fresh mountain air. It even comes with LED lighting and Bluetooth speakers, upping the romantic factor by playing your favorite love songs.
Tucked into the forest in the heart of South Park on 2.7 private acres, this cabin offers lots when it comes to seclusion and relaxation. On the deck there’s a hot tub where you’ll be able to soak under a brilliant night’s sky, far from light pollution, and inside you’ll have a wood stove that provides a warm, romantic ambiance. The Bobcat provides a secluded mountain retreat just 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and 15 minutes from Manitou Springs. A tiny historic cabin, it’s been totally remodeled, equipped with all the modern essentials, and includes views of Pikes Peak and a front patio with a hot tub.
