Meanwhile, Watkins Glen on the south end of the lake is about 35 minutes away by car, and the Ports Café is just a four-minute drive from the cottage. Make a reservation there for dinner! The hosts are available for other recommendations or questions, as they own the cottage next door as well and sometimes spend time there. There’s plenty of parking for up to vehicles when you make this your home base to explore the Finger Lakes region.
