With at least 72 hours notice, they can make whole pies, while unique pie pops need a minimum 5 days notice. The wait is worth it, as everything is made from scratch, using natural, seasonal and local ingredients.  Pie pops come in brandied apple, caramel pecan, chocolate hazelnut and an array of other flavors, while hand pies range from blueberry and cherry to salted honey bourbon, spiced pear, caramel crack pecan. Savory flavors are just as good, including buffalo chicken, pulled pork, eggplant caprese and Mac and cheese, while mini pies and mason jar pies are also available.
