No trip to Los Angeles would be complete without a trip to Hollywood. It’s the land of movie and television stars and nothing quite drives that point home like the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Located along Hollywood Boulevard (of course), as well as part of Vine Street, the “Walk” consists of more than 2,600 brass stars embedded into the sidewalk that feature the names of actors, producers, directors, musicians, bands and even some fictional characters.
The whole walk totals just about a mile and a half in length, so you could technically visit the entire thing in one afternoon. But, why not make a whole weekend out of it and hit up some of the other nearby attractions while you’re there like the Chinese Theatre, the Capitol Records Building and the infamous Hollywood sign.
