Jenn Baxter

Jenn Baxter is an accomplished author, speaker, and freelance writer in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has been published in numerous print and online publications and appears nationwide at tiny house festivals, healthy living festivals, and private engagements. She is an expert on downsizing, minimalism, clean eating, healthy living, and spiritual health. She has been featured on HGTV's "Tiny House, Big Living" and NBC's "Charlotte Today" and has also appeared as a guest on the "Tiny House Podcast" and "The Purpose Show" podcast. In 2015, Jenn launched her website, Live a F.A.S.T. Life, based on her experiences with clean living and downsizing into a 160-square-foot tiny house. In 2017, she received the 2017 Silver Tree Publishing Book Award. As a tiny house enthusiast and minimalist, she believes life is more about doing things than having things and loves to travel with her two dogs as often as possible.
