Chablé Sea of Cortez - La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico
Chablé Sea of Cortez will offer a spectacular new option outside of La Paz, where resorts are fairly limited. It will put you right at the edge of the body of water referred to as the “world’s aquarium” by world-renowned ocean explorer Jacques Cousteau. It will include a mix of luxury villas and residences, all with uninterrupted sea views, along with a large spa facility, three on-site dining options, a private beach, and an oceanfront pool. With the Chablé brand highly rated, you can expect nothing less from this property.
Rosewood Doha - Qatar
The Rosewood Doha will offer an out-of-this-world stay in two soaring towers that are inspired by the sea and vibrant coral reefs that surround Qatar. It will be an ultra-luxurious hotel with a mix of guestrooms, suites, serviced apartments for longer stays, and residences that can be purchased. Look forward to a long list of amenities and facilities with its goal to be one of the most dynamic culinary destinations in the city. It will host a collection of eight innovative outlets, including a bistro, lobby lounge, coffee shop/deli, three specialty restaurants, cigar lounge, and a lifestyle entertainment lounge. Guests can look forward to relaxing in a lavish spa and working out at the fitness center with state-of-the-art training equipment too.
Kimpton Mallorca - Mallorca, Spain
Mallorca is looking better and better for a holiday that involves the sun and the sand. The Kimpton Mallorca will be a 79-room luxury boutique hotel tucked up next to one of the island’s most renowned golf courses, Santa Ponsa Golf, on the site of the existing Santa Ponsa Country Club, less than 30 minutes from the airport. The island is renowned as a celebrity hotspot, providing a Mediterranean haven off the coast of Valencia with gorgeous beaches and mountainous areas for hiking along with world-class dining.
Six Senses Crans-Montana - Crans-Montana, Switzerland
Opening in the spectacular canton of Valais providing access to some of the top ski areas in Switzerland just two hours by road or rail from Geneva, Six Senses Crans-Montana is opening an intimate property with 47 guestrooms and suites along with some residential units for purchase. It will include two restaurants, a sun terrace, bar, and retail space, along with a massive spa specializing in Alpine treatments with a dedicated area for kids’ and teens’ treatments. Guests will also be able to work out at the gym and fitness studio as well as lounge around the swimming pool and suspended relaxation area.
Park Hyatt London River Thames at Nine Elms - London, England
One of the top international hotel chains, the Hyatt is expected to open the Park Hyatt London River Thames in 2022 in the R&F UK’s Nine Elms development on the south bank of the Thames. This is Hyatt’s luxury brand aimed to provide discerning global travelers with a refined and luxurious experience, including unparalleled benefits from Nine Elms’ international focus while being close to the new U.S. Embassy. For business travelers, this one is a no-brainer, but tourists will appreciate it too, with close proximity to Sloane Square and bustling King’s Road as well as the 200-acre Battersea Park.
Grand Hansa Hotel - Helsinki, Finland
Grand Hansa Hotel will become the first property of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt in the Nordics, located in the Finnish capital of Helsinki. It will be inspired by Finnish folklore and mythology to represent the city’s fascinating history while providing one-of-a-kind experiences to every guest. It’s expected to be popular among business travelers and tourists, only 30 minutes from the airport and five minutes from shopping outlets and attractions like the Helsinki Market Square and Finnish National Theater.
Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Minneapolis - Minneapolis, Minnesota
Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is a brand renowned for its luxuries, and soon those who plan to travel to Minneapolis will have a new option that will ensure an exceptional stay. A 34-story building is being constructed at the convergence of business and leisure in the city, right at the top of Nicollet Mall, the city’s pedestrian thoroughfare, just a few blocks from the Mississippi River. It will include both a hotel and exclusive private residences, some of which will come with river views. There will be an on-site restaurant and bar, one of the largest pool decks in the city, overlooking downtown, and a spa complex.
Six Senses La Sagesse - Grenada
The 2022 holiday season may be the perfect time to check out beautiful Grenada in the Caribbean. Six Senses La Sagesse will open late in the year on a headland in the southern part of the island, renowned for its spice and laid-back lifestyle. The resort and residences will be spread over 38 acres in harmony with the land’s natural topography while ensuring space, privacy, and uninterrupted views over the turquoise waters. It will include a mix of guestrooms, one- and two-bedroom villas, all influenced by the region’s traditional architecture. Walkways running through the gardens will be made of repurposed nutmeg shells and cocoa skins to maintain the link to Grenada’s “Spice Island” heritage.
Hotel Barrière Le Fouquet’s New York - New York City
The Hotel Barrière will be the brand’s first property in the U.S., opening in Tribeca, Manhattan’s mecca for wordsmiths, book fiends, and city-based storytellers, while providing lots of art enthusiasts along with plenty of trendy bars. The eight-story hotel will include amenities like a private spa, swimming pool, an interior courtyard, state-of-the-art screening room, and board rooms.
Amanvari East Cape - Baja California Sur, Mexico
Nestled along the Sea of Cortez in the East Cape area, famous for Cabo Pulmo National Park and its world-class diving, Aman’s new destination in Mexico will provide an idyllic private oasis. It will include private Aman Residences, multiple dining venues, the luxurious Aman Spa, and an exclusive stretch of white sand beach.

Raffles Moscow - Moscow, Russia
Raffles will open a new hotel right next to the Kremlin in the heart of Moscow. It will provide an urban oasis at the point that Zaryadye Park meets historic Varvarka Street and Slavyanskaya Square providing fantastic views across Red Square and the Kremlin ensemble, including the Cathedral of Vasily the Blessed. Combining elements like innovative cuisine, art, and culture, the local and legendary service Raffles is known for is expected to make it one of the most exciting openings of 2022 for Accor. Spread over nine floors it will host two-bedroom suites, junior suites, and presidential suites, all of which will boast spectacular views over the city. Four will provide exclusive access to the hotel’s green outdoor terrace in the courtyard too. A spa with thermal zones, a Russian bath, a fitness center, a 25-meter pool, salon services, and even a shopping gallery will be included as well.
Moxy Mexico City by Marriott - Mexico City, Mexico
Marriott International will debut its millennial-focused Moxy Hotels brand in Mexico City with a 120-room hotel opening in 2022 in stylish Chapultepec near the popular Roma Norte neighborhood. Those who stay here can look forward to easy access to its contemporary art scene, hipster culture, and vibrant nightlife. It will include 120 small but cozy rooms with lots of high-tech touches and buzzing public spaces with communal tables offering opportunities to plug and play. A grab-and-go offering and amped-up bar experience will be provided too.
Rosewood Porto Cervo - Sardinia, Italy
Costa Smeralda, a jet-set destination on the beautiful island of Sardinia with its pristine white sandy beaches and turquoise waters will be home to Rosewood Porto Cervo in 2023. It will host 65 guest rooms, including 26 suites, all of which will enjoy 180-degree ocean views of the Mediterranean. Catering to couples and families, it’s being designed to enhance wellness as a sanctuary for renewal and rejuvenation, complete with signature spa journeys. Guests will be able to stroll through lush gardens, along the magnificent coastline, enjoy refreshing dips in the outdoor pool, and work out in the fitness center.
Bvlgari Roma Hotel - Rome, Italy
Bulgari is constructing a new hotel in Rome with a prime location in the central Piazza Augusto Imperator, minutes from the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso, and the Bulgari flagship on Via Condotti. In 2023, it will host over 100 rooms, most of which will be suites, along with Il Ristorante curated by Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito and The Bulgari Bar. A few of the other amenities will include a massive pool, spa, and gym, along with a library dedicated to the history of jewelry.
