Everyone in your group will be equipped with a weapon of choice, with a bat being the most popular option. Dressed in protective gear from head to toe, you’re free to destroy whatever you see in the room. The rooms at the Anger Room mimic rooms we regularly interact with in our lives, like a living room, kitchen or even a workplace space. If you show up to the Anger Room feeling mad, then you’ll leave feeling satisfied after smashing some glass and destroying a sofa. It’s an oddly therapeutic outing.
